PROTECTION

PROTECTION

Like a mother hen her brood protects
From storms and stealthy predators of harm,
And calls her babies to her outspread wings,
With clucking noises sounding the alarm,
Our heavenly Father comes to our defense
With words of warning which we need to heed,
And calls us to the safety of His wings,
To be protected in our hour of need.
